Chroma Storms is a series of watercolor paintings centred around the theme of befriending anxiety. Each piece is named alphabetically in order of creation akin to the way hurricanes are named.

Anxiety isn’t something we can stop, but it’s something we can learn to sit with. Chroma Storm imagines our inner weather in softer colours as forces that don't engulf, but move through us. Instead of allowing the chaos to sweep us away, we could try and see them in a kinder and more playful light - perhaps like clouds of cotton candy passing through the sky.
